I completely did not do any t-tapp on my vacation, or since I have been back :(

But I did order SATI and maybe I can get my butt in gear and use it (if these crazy thunderstorms ever stop!)

The best of intentions....again

I did end up doing 8 out of 10 days of the boot camp. I feel pretty good about that. Then I did BWO+ on Friday, but did not get to it again until today (Tuesday). I did work on Saturday and Monday for 6 hours each day and Sunday morning we spent 3 hours at the park with the kids. Don't even want to talk about eating (RPC are evil!)

Very simple and messy..

It is quite true about life though. Simple and messy.

I did manage to do BWO+ today (although I skipped the +). That makes 7 out of 8 days and I also worked the past 3 days.

Was up last night with the little man-he has an ear infection. Of course, I should have known it was coming. It is only his 6th one, but to be fair, it is the first one in 6 months. Am so looking forward to 11 days from now (vacation)

Boot camp update

So, I had the best of intentions...
Actually, I am pretty proud of myself. I did skip T-Tapp on Saturday, but got right back on the horse on Sunday and today. That makes 6 out of 7 days!! Go me! I am just hoping to see some results, I want to win this contest.

Also, less than 2 weeks until vacation and I am a little nervous about wearing a bathing suit. All I can do is keep going I guess.

Another long week...

OK, so after feeling totally defeated after taking my measurements on Sunday I am kicking myself in the butt. I decided on Tuesday to start a boot camp to try to kick T Tapping into gear. So far I have done BWO+ for four straight days. My goal is 10 days, wish me luck!

The hardest part will be that my kids have croup (well the older one does, the younger one is on the verge...) and I have had 2 terrible nights sleep-and so have they. I have to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday and am still planning to at least do BWO+ also.

Seriously?

I had to take pictures and measure myself on Mother's Day? Not cool, esp. when the results are not optimal. :(

Chugging along...

I need a renewed boost to my 60 day challenge. I am not sure what it is, but I feel like I am slacking off on this and I so don't want to do that!

I did the BWO+ Tuesday and worked Tues night and Wed. night. Am planning to either go to IKEA and do BWO+ again today or just do Inst. #2.

Weekend update

So I did manage to get in the Instructional #2 on Friday. Saturday, no T-Tapp, but I did work for 6.5 hours. Sunday, the only exercise I got was walking in downtown Chicago after visiting my sister and niece in the hospital. :)

Plan to at least do the BWO+ Monday....

Also, found out today what my anniversary trip is going to be, Austin, TX!!!!!! We leave in less than a month...need to be hardcore now!

Friday...



The photo above is for a contest entry about what motherhood means to me. It is my sister (who once confided in me that she didn't think she was mother material) basking in the glow of her beautiful newborn daughter. Makes me tear up every time I see it! Who says she isn't mother material?

Week 3

Well, It has been a buy week around here and I wish I could say I did any T-Tapp at all, but I did not. :(

Sunday-worked 5 hours (counts for something since I work on my feet, right?)
Monday-cleaned house from husband watching kids on Sunday
Tuesday-My anniversary, but more importantly my niece was born and I was there as she took her first breath! Happy Birthday Gracie!
Wednesday-Trying to recover house again from being gone all day while husband watched the kids.
Thursday-Lazy
Friday-Total Workout (a far as I could get about 3/4 through)

Did ok but not great on eating and I think I will stop posting about flossing because it is now a habit. :)

It's been a long week 2...

OK so the male half of our household has been sick this week- it has been a long week. I have been doing ok with flossing, not every day but at least every other. Eating has been average, but I am still afraid to see the number on the scale. I worked 2 nights this week , but I did miss a workout this week. Took advantage of the nice weather and took 2 walks with the kids to make up for the missed workout (pulling 50 lbs. of kids in a wagon is a workout!). Am planning to do as much of the total workout today as I can (Mollie is at a friend's this afternoon) and I have to work 5 hours on Sunday.

Here's hoping that week 3 brings more results.....

One week into the challenge

A summary of week one: T-Tapp on schedule (have been doing BWO+ or Instructional 2 every other day). Eating still needs work (am ignoring a DQ craving-still). Flossing-have done it 6 out of 7 days. Yay me!!

56 days to go

Well, didn't get to do the Instructional 2 because my daughter had a friend over today. I did manage to get in the BWO+, though and it felt good.

Eating wise, did ok until I made some chocolate chip cookie dough and had to eat some raw. :( Back on the wagon tomorrow....

58 days to go...

I have started this blog as a record of my 2008 sixty day challenge. For this challenge I am actually going to focus on 3 things.

1. T-Tapp-am entered in the 60 day challenge (http://forum.t-tapp.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=73811)
2. Eating well/following WW closer than I have been the past 6 months.
3. Flossing every day (I have a big problem doing this!)

So, for the record...
Day 1-Did the T-Tapp BWO+ and ate ok.

Day 2-No T-Tapp (but did work on my feet for 6 hours), ate terrible (guess I used my extra points today!), and went to the dentist, so got my flossing for the day.
